SHIPPING COSTS


Shipping costs are estimated with a maximum volumetric weight of 500grs. In case your order exceeds weight or size, you will be informed in an email of the new shipping charges, you can accept and make the payment or reject the order.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

To return a product you have 15 working days counting from when the customer receives their order. To do so you need to send an e-mail to sales@eleyte.com, indicating your order number (you can find this data in "My account>Orders History"). As soon as we confirm the arrival of the order we will proceed with the refund of the amount through the same payment way ( PAYPAL, by card, etc.)

If the returned product is out of stock, you will be offered the possibility of changing it for a similar one, wait to receive the same one or cancel the order. Once the product has reached our offices we will proceed to the refund of the amount or to the dispatch of the substituted item/s in the case of a return.

The returns will be made by post or courier, you will need to send the product/s in perfect condition with labels and hygienic protections, in the case they are swimming items, to the following address:

The customer will be responsible of the return costs of the product and we won't accept returns sent with a reverse charge, the only case where the Company will accept this charge is when the return of the item is due to a tare of the same or by the wrong delivery of the size, model or pattern sent mistakingly by the Company.


A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR WRONG SHIPPING


If you receive an incorrect order or a defective product, please contact us immediately, within 24 hours, to the e-mail hi@eleyteclothing.com indicating the error or defect, along with your personal data and order number. Shortly we will contact you to solve the problem.
