Access our product menu. Select products and add them to your shopping cart by clicking "add to basket". When you have made your selection, go to the shopping cart, located on the top right of the Web platform and click "buy".
You can carry out your buying process in the following steps accessing the shopping cart:

1. Purchase details.

A screen will appear with a summary of your purchase, where you can delete items or add quantities. Click "add to cart".

2. Login

If you are an existing user with eLeyTe account  just enter your email address and password and the system will recover your data.

3. Address

If you do not have an account, we will ask for your details to register an account, as well as how to enter a different shipping address (if you are already registered, this step will be skipped).

4. Transport

In the next step, we will show the summary of your purchase, the total amount payable with shipping included, shipping address and billing address.

5. Payment.

Ways of payment where they will ask for your bank details, registration data in Pay pal or information to make the transfer based on the payment method you have chosen. Accept payment terms.

6. Confirm Order.

In the next step, we will show you the summary of your purchase, the total amount payable with shipping included, your shipping and billing can be edited and an invoice can be requested (only for Spain) and add Shipping observations. Accept the conditions of purchase and click "buy".

7. Order confirmation.

You will see a screen with a summary of your order that you can print or view on your account (My orders). Also we will email you with the details thereof and personal data you provide to us.


You can make payments via bank transfer, credit card or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro) or through Pay Pal.
For security reasons, if you choose Pay Pal as your payment method, once the order is placed, it is not allowed to make any changes to the shipping address.


Through the "my account" area you can track the status of your order.


Through the e-mail you can contact us to cancel your order as long as we have not done shipping.


You can only request an invoice of your purchase if this is from Spain. By entering your data, you can choose between "business" or "particular". If you select "business", you must enter tax data during the registration and in the purchasing process you must check the option "invoice". If instead you select "particular", you may request the bill during the checkout process in which we will ask for your tax identification number.
